Opportunities are available to give you a jump-start on your college education by
taking Cecil College courses at your high school, on our campus, or online.
The Blueprint for Maryland’s Future allows high school juniors and seniors enrolled in
Cecil County Public Schools (CCPS) to take four college courses per year tuition free!

Additionally, Cecil County high school students who are enrolled in private schools
or are in homeschool programs are eligible for the College Bound Scholarship that
covers 25 percent of the in-county tuition rate.
