SAFETY TRAINING
Solids Handling
Wastewater operators need to have practical
knowledge for dealing with sludge thickening
and dewatering. In this course, students will analyze the characteristics of primary, secondary,
and chemical sludge and the types of treatment processes used for each. Topics covered
will include gravity thickening, dissolved air
floatation, centrifuge operation, gravity belt,
and belt filter presses, and vacuum filters. Each
participant should bring a calculator to this
course.

Home Inspection Pre-License Training
This course is designed for individuals pursuing
entry-level career training in Home Inspection
and provides instruction on how to complete
an inspection of all the systems and technical
areas of a residential home. Topics include
structural systems, heating systems, electrical
and air conditioning, interior and exterior
systems, plumbing, roofing and other home
systems and writing inspection reports. Note:
