QuickBooks Certification Prep
This course is designed for the individual who
works with QuickBooks as their approach to
accounting. Learn how to set up a chart of
accounts, reconcile checking accounts, create
and print invoices, receipts, and statements,
track account payables, inventory, receivables,
create estimates and general reports. Once
the course is completed, the student will be
prepared to take the QuickBooks Certified User

AI In the Workplace I
This course introduces students to
foundational concepts in Artificial Intelligence
(AI) and its real-world applications across
industries. Through interactive lectures, group
activities, and hands-on assignments, students
will explore core AI terminology, understand
the role of AI in the workplace, and learn how
to critically engage with AI tools like ChatGPT
and Google Gemini. The course is designed
to equip students with the knowledge and
skills necessary to obtain the Google AI
Essentials Certificate on Coursera, which will be
completed alongside classroom instruction.

AERIAL IMAGING
AI In the Workplace II
This course prepares students to successfully
pass the Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI900) certification exam by introducing them to
essential concepts in Artificial Intelligence and
its integration with Microsoft Azure services.
Students will gain hands-on experience
with topics such as computer vision, natural
language processing, document intelligence,
and generative AI through interactive lectures,
live demonstrations, and guided labs.

Aerial Imaging:
Drones For Visual Communication
This course introduces the fundamentals
of flight through small Unmanned Aerial
Systems (sUAS) for photography and video
production. The course prepares students
for FAA compliant flying with hands-on sUAS
practice and course content. Students will
apply professional aviation processes to create
still and video-based media using rotary-wing,
remote-controlled platforms provided during
class. Essential photography and video editing
topics will be addressed, in addition to sUAS
operations such as mission planning, airspace,
weather and regulations. The course provides
a starting point for using drones in a variety of
workforce opportunities and prepares students
for the Part-107 remote pilot airman certificate.
